Nice products but poor service

I ordered this sweatshirt and two t-shirts--all are very nice. I waited almost two weeks, after ordering, for a shipping notice. I then contacted them and was told that the shirts were on back order--I received no notice of this. When they were finally ready to ship, they contacted me because their system had completely messed up my credit card info(according to them). I finally received shipping info, but the tracking number was wrong. I had to contact them again to get the correct info. My order arrived three weeks after I ordered.

Love all my purchases. The hoodie is very comfy. The other Ts were appealing in design. 2 of the shirts are for my Lady Friend. She's gonna love them ! Still have a shirt from over 20 years ago. Great job !!!
